Ember & Oak began in 2016 with a single drum roaster in a Church Hill garage and a stubborn belief that coffee should feel like a warm room and a slow morning — never a transaction.

We still roast small batches every Tuesday, pull every shot by hand, and know most of our regulars by name (and by order). Pull up a chair, stay a while, and leave a little warmer than you arrived.
