Trattoria Roma began in 2009, when the Marchetti family traded a small kitchen in Trastevere for a storefront in Carytown — bringing along their copper pots, their nonna's recipes, and a stubborn belief that good food takes time.
Today we still roll pasta by hand each morning, simmer our ragù for hours, and welcome every guest like family. Come hungry, stay late, and leave a little happier than you arrived.
